I trained as a Mental Health Counselor and Gestalt Psychotherapist, in the four-year program of the Gestalt Foundation of Athens. I am a graduate of Keele University, in the UK, with postgraduate studies in child abuse, "MA Child Care, Law and Practice" and of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from the Department of Early Childhood Education.
I am the author of the teenage novel: "Do I Have a Right to Tell a Story?" ed. Apopeira (2011), based on the UN Convention
on the Rights of the Child.
I have organized groups of teenagers on the experiential understanding of Children's Rights.
I have taken courses in psychopathology from Gianni Francesetti's Istituto Internazionale di Psicopatologia e Psicoterapia della Gestalt.
I have a Certificate in Minfulness and Resilience to Stress at Work, from the University of Berkeley.
I do individual treatments and coordinate experiential adult or counseling groups (women, parents, seniors, professionals).
